Your Data & Privacy
EmailSig stores your signature data exclusively in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is ever sent to a server. Here is exactly what is stored:
- Signature fields — name, job title, company, email, phone, website, address and social links.
- Template & styling preferences — selected template, primary colour, font size, font family and spacing.
- Uploaded images — photos and logos are converted to base64 data URIs and stored locally. They never leave your device.
- UI preferences — whether you have dismissed the save reminder banner.
Clearing your browser data or using private/incognito mode will remove all stored data. You can also use the "Reset all fields" button in the editor to clear everything manually.
